When will I be paid Revenue Share for the agents I sponsor?
Revenue share is paid on the 20th of each month for the previous month’s transactions. No, revenue share is paid on transaction from agents in Capped Status, as no Company Dollar is generated from those transactions.
For an Agent to participate in revenue sharing, the Agent must hold an active real estate license with ROA and meet one of the following:
- Be in the first six months of onboarding with ROA (Onboarding month plus the following five months); OR
- Maintain at least $3,000 GCI in a 6-month rolling period; OR
If an Agent offboards and later re-affiliates with ROA, their original position in the Revenue Share Plan (and their ability to regain their vested status), may be reinstated upon ROA’s sole and absolute discretion.
