Understanding Sponsorship at ROA
At ROA, sponsorship is centered on cultivating meaningful relationships and empowering agents to thrive within a culture of integrity, innovation, and community impact. A sponsor is the individual who most inspires and influences a prospective agent’s decision to join ROA, reflecting our mission to build stronger, more connected communities.
Sponsorship at ROA goes beyond recruitment. Sponsors are mentors, role models, and connectors who embody our core values. During the onboarding process, a joining agent identifies their sponsor, acknowledging the person who had the most significant influence on their decision to join ROA. While sponsors may also serve as coaches or team leaders, these roles are distinct, and overlap is not required.
Sponsors are expected to act as ambassadors of ROA’s mission, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and fostering relationships based on trust, respect, and a shared vision for success.
Ethical Standards in Sponsorship
As part of the sponsorship process, the joining agent affirms that the Sponsoring Agent has not offered, promised, or provided anything of value, including, but not limited to, trips, financial incentives, or rebates, in exchange for being named as their sponsor. This ensures all sponsorships are grounded in genuine influence and alignment with ROA’s values.
