ROA will be unable to approve any sponsorship requests during this time.  Once TREC is back online you will be able to request sponsorship, and we will approve your request as soon as possible.

Hello and Welcome to ROA! Our goal is to help you transition as smoothly as possible.
This document outlines the steps required to affiliate your license with ROA.  Please follow all instructions carefully.  If you have any questions, please reach out to support@realtyofamerica.com.

Important: You may only practice once you are officially registered under Realty of America.
Please ensure that the email address that you provided to us matches your State Commissions Login Email.

Once your license is active with ROA, you must transfer your Board and MLS membership to Realty of America.  You will need to obtain the transfer form from the board office; it may possibly be online as well.  Please prepare the form for electronic signature, via whichever electronic document platform you use, and email it to your state broker at tx.broker@realtyofamerica.com

DFW area agents:  If MetroTex is your board you must contact them and request they send the transfer form to the Texas broker, tx.broker@realtyofamerica.com to complete.  MetroTex will not send the form directly to you, the agent.  The Texas broker will then forward the form to you to fill in your personal information and submit to MetroTex.  For all other boards in the DFW area please reach out directly to your board office.

If you're newly licensed and are not sure which board and mls you want to join, please reach out to your sponsor or the Texas broker team.  For any forms that require the broker's signature, please send them to the state broker for electronic signature via whichever electronic document platform you use.

Once your license is active with ROA, please refer to the ROA Marketing Hub for state resources.

Once your license is active with ROA and your application has been approved, you will receive 2 emails.  One is to set up your Okta Access.  Two is the Welcome email with links to help you get started with ROA.
