Indiana License Affiliation Instructions
Hello and Welcome to ROA! Our goal is to help you transition as smoothly as possible.
This document outlines the steps required to affiliate your license with ROA. Please follow all instructions carefully.

Important: You may only practice once you are officially active under Realty of America on the INBiz site.
Please ensure that the email address that you provided to us matches your State Commissions Login Email.
Once your license is active with ROA, you must transfer your Board and MLS membership to Realty of America. To transfer your MIBOR membership, the Indiana broker will need to add you to the roster, so please notify in.broker@realtyofamerica.com when your license is live with IPLA
If you're newly licensed, you must join a Board and MLS within 30 days. Please reach out to the board of your choice for instructions on joining. For any forms that require the broker's signature, please
send them to the state broker for electronic signature via whatever electronic document platform you use.
Once your license is active with ROA, please refer to the ROA Marketing Hub for state resources.

Existing Licensees
To transfer your existing license to ROA, follow these steps:
- Sign into INBiz with your Access Indiana account.
- To request a license transfer:
- Go under "Licenses" and on the right-hand side, click "Edit License" under the Action column.
- It will bring you to a new page:
- On the left-hand side of the screen, you will click on "Transfer Between Companies and Maintain Current Status".
- On the left-hand side of the screen, you will click on "Transfer Between Companies and Maintain Current Status".
- It will bring you to another new page:
- Please review the verbiage generated in the middle of the screen and proceed to click "Transfer License".
- Please review the verbiage generated in the middle of the screen and proceed to click "Transfer License".
- The system will provide prompts throughout the transfer process, but please ensure you take the appropriate time to review the information.
- The first prompt explains the transfer, and what it means to end your current association/affiliation.
- Once you have read that, please click "Continue".
- The second prompt requires you to input the license information of the brokerage you wish to associate/affiliate - this will be Realty of America, LLC – #RC52400202
- Once you have clicked "Continue", you will see a new page generated for you.
- Please review all the information to ensure you have properly entered the Brokerage license number to avoid any lag-time in your affiliation with Realty of America.
- After reviewing the information on the screen, please click "Add to Shopping Cart".
- Now you will see that the Transaction is to Transfer your license, that you are requesting to affiliate with Realty of America, the date of your request, as well as the amount due to complete the transfer.
- Once you verify that the information is accurate, please click "Checkout".
- You will now be asked to complete the transaction by paying the required transfer fee.
- After you submit payment, your new designated broker, Russell Coston, will receive and approve the request, as well as you will receive an email confirmation.
- Once you have completed your licensing exam, complete your application online at MyLicense.IN.gov.
- Click "Log-In" in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
- When it brings you to the below screen, click "Don't have an Access Indiana Account".
- This will give you formal access to make modifications to your license once granted.
- Enter the email address you wish to use.
- If you have more than one email address, please keep note of which you use.
- Now click "Send Verification Code".
- You will receive a verification code to the email address you provided, please use the steps in the email to complete your Account activation.
- Now you will be able to log back in and request your real estate license.
- Leave the Broker Company section blank and your license will be issued in unassigned status.
- Once you have completed this, follow the steps above for existing licensees to get affiliated with ROA.
