How do I leave ROA?

Moving on from ROA? 

We're sorry to see you go but we also understand that life events and circumstances happen, and you have to do what is best for you and your business. 

Offboarding is an easy process. 

  1. The first thing to do when you have decided to leave is please email your state broker to advise them you are leaving.  The broker will release your license with the real estate commission.  The broker will also be able to advise you how to handle any clients you have under a buyer rep agreement but not yet under contract or any clients you have under a listing agreement not yet under contract.  Any buyers or sellers under a purchase contract will be closed out with ROA, as usual, and your commision paid to you.

  2. Second, please email support@realtyofamerica.com,so we can offboard you in the system.  
Once your offboarding process is complete, you will receive an email confirmation/response via the email you used to contact the Support team.
