Do I Owe the $750 Brokerage Fee if I don’t Close 3 transactions in an Anniversary Year?
No. The Brokerage Fee is collected in equal $250 installments from the first three transactions each anniversary year. This is only applied when an agent closes a transaction.
If an agent does not close any transactions, the brokerage fee will not be charged, or if the agent only closes two transactions in any given year, only two payments will be charged. Any unpaid portion of the brokerage fee does not transfer to the following anniversary year.
